Returning to the game and have a question or 2

Hey guys thanks in advance for the help :)

I started this game during beta and maxed out pretty quick cause its all i did since I like star trek more than william shatner him self. Any way where do I start now I see all the expansions and I am totally lost and confused. I played when there was a sub and now thatt its free to play I dont know if I should play free or sub again.

Can someone point me in the right direction and how I can get the most out of this game?

    In what aspect are you returning to the game in? How long have you been playing before you returned that is.

    In a case if you want the Heavy Destroyers it would be nice to save up money for a 'Lifetime Sub.' Since that gives you the most bang for your buck in a sense. Aka wait for a Lifetime Sub Sale, would be the best bet.

    As well, Midnight has just came out three days ago too.
    The Rising of the Delta is the best expansion ever, and people love it to death because it is a good day to die in the endless struggle for supremacy of your own conviction. (A spin off of the Delta Rising is the best expansion ever and all the players love it.)

    Some of the episode arcs have been revamped and there may be new or updated missions since you last played - it may be wise to start a new character as a free one briefly to go through the tutorials again.
