Best Fleet Engines for a tank?

Im in the works on building up my Fleet Assault Cruiser, and I am in the market to find a good advance fleet engine.
The Impulse/engine market is quite extensive and it get me off my game all the time.
Im right now focusing lots and lots on shield with Shield Emitters and such so I can take a punch without exploding.
I currently use the Aegis Set. (Hardcore!)

    Sorry, I can’t advise some fleet engines. If your build does not require sci stats boosting I highly recommend going for 4 pice Iconian space set.

    One of my engineers uses 4 the other 3 parts and will get full set soon. I really think that set rocks in the defence/tanking area while giving my engineering toons some nice offensive boost at the same time.

    I was too hasty turning in marks for dil during CCA. Should have given more toons of mine the ico stuff. I consider it among, if not the best in game atm.

    Check out the link below from reddit's STO ship builds. One of the players that helped make it, mastajdog, is a tanker too, so he does drop some advice for what would work better for a tank here and there.
