Piercing tetryon turret

When trying to upgrade the piercing tetryon turret reward from the Installation 18 mission, it becomes a dual cannon instead.

    Hey Guys,

    There's no sign of this in the most recent patch notes, but don't be disheartened. Remember, time to repair some things can take a while to find a fix for and get a patch in place that will not have an adverse effect on other components/systems.

    Please be patient and keep an eye on the patch notes for a fix.

    So when is this going to be fixed? The original problem of piercing tetryon weapons reverting to normal tetryon weapons took a loooooong time to be addressed. Please don't make us wait much long to fix the fix!

    There was a recent fix for the piercing DBB, but as I recall it was accompanied by a message saying the affected items would not be replaced.

    Has anyone confirmed this? I never saw any patch notes and don't want to try any more upgrades until I'm sure. Thanks!

    Its meant to be fixed but if you are unsure try it on tribble.

    At least we can all agree that installation 18 is boring enough for us to avoid until a fix is confirmed lol

    Don't try on Tribble and expect it to work on Holodeck, try on Redshirt. The Tribble build is a different fork for Season 11 right now and has fixes that won't drop until then.

    I'm Going to Echo Bobsled here, Its been confirmed and reported by the Bug Bashers and QA Team.

    Posting and Bumping the thread to say its not fixed yet, and specifically yelling at someone trygint to help, does not help.

    Hitchhiker was giving you some helpful information, that currently Tribble is running the S11 Build and not the Holodeck Test Build, as thats on Redshirt

    Give it some time, If you see this get mentioned in Redshirt or Holodeck Patch notes, and then after testing that build its not fixed then say something, but bumping a thread when the Devs have already acknowledged the bug is not helpful.

    This has been confirmed for some time. Please give us an ETA on when it might be fixed and please add it to the list of Known Issues on the patch notes.

    Hi!

    The upgrade works on the DC's and DBB's.... but still not on the turrets.
    Any news on this?
    I have a specific T6 T'Varo build in mind, wich could really use them....

    This is still happening with resonating beam arrays.
