T6 Assault Cruiser design concept

So I have been desperately wanting an assault cruiser t6 for so long, so I thought. Why not make my own design concept for it!
This is it:
*NOTE* Top view doesn't have windows due to the amount of required for me time to them in.
The Royal Class, T6 Advanced Assault Cruiser would be perfect for the game. A new beautiful and majestic starship to escort the Federation into a New Dawn from its era of war and tragedy. A new ship to mark the end of the Iconian War...
She would come equipped with Prototype Energy Shielding, an advanced (exclusive) type of shielding that'll transfer %20 of all energy damage done to shields to be put back in the shields, allowing it to last much longer against it's foes. BUT, the prototype energy shields will give you a %33 chance of a %15 power debuff every 30 secs, due the amount of resources that would be required to have such shields. (The shields wouldn't be a console, instead it will be counted as an actually shield array, giving a disadvantage to players who also want to use shields from spac esets for bonuses.) The ship would be able to saucer separate if the player used the saucer separation console.

Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

Thank you, I have started making modifications, I plan on removing a stair like you request, I'm moving up the saucer a bit, and I have started work on a new deflector and nacelle design.

2) There was a very similar design by one of the Runner-up winners in the Design the Next Enterprise contest that was almost exactly like this design. Feel free to Google Perception-class.
Cryptic has put fan made/fan inspired ships into the game. The command battlecruisers were based off of fuzzymodem's "The Next Enterprise Contest" entry. THe Odyssey (Of course) and I believe the Chimera heavy destroyer was fan made too. So what about them not making fan made ships? After all, everything we post on these forums are property of Cryptic/PWE/CBS.
ANd I am aware of the Perception Class already, it inspired some of my recent modifications to my design.
Cryptic decided to stop making fan-made ships based on designs submitted post-DNE contest because DNE turned into a giant flame war. Plagiarism accusations all over the place (not all of them unfounded), accusations of racism against non-Americans because the contest was US-only (one of the fan-favorite designs was Canadian), and then CBS made everything worse by vetoing the fan-picked winner in favor of a design that didn't even make the top 20 (yes, the Odyssey wasn't even a runner-up in the contest).
Stuff submitted for official contests before that is Cryptic's property. They already have it so they're using it. But they're not accepting new suggestions.

No, they decided there wouldn't be any further design contests because of the DTNE fiasco.
The reason they won't accept fan-made designs is because of all the legal hassle and the expenses involved to get rights to a design. They made that effort clear with the Vesta.
You need to understand the reasons fan-made designs made it into Star Trek Online is because of they were legal entries into the Design the Next Enterprise Contest, where they signed an agreement with CBS that surrendered their rights to the design. That's why you see these fan-made designs in the game.
But if Cryptic wanted a fan-made design now, they have to hire a lawyer, pay expenses, and legally purchase the rights to the design. Which literally means Tens of Thousands of Dollars. Even if you gave it to them for free, they cannot accept it due to legal reasons.
I know, because I was one of the Winners of the Design the Next Enterprise contest, and my design became the Regent. Which the sloped back design went into the Venture and the Avenger.
Ohhh congratulations on that I actually quite like the design of the Regent,haven't bought it yet but like the design.
Plus 1, I actually prefer it to the Sovereign, nice work. (although the deflector could do with being bigger on the final ship, it is too small in proportion IMO)
