Not sure if anyone has pointed it out but the MVAE console now allows each vector to retain its ship costume instead of reverting to default and separation can now be performed while moving.
Ok, after reading this I had to try it out with my multi vector console...
I'm digging that the seperation/reintegration animations are fast & smooth now.
But I notice that the model of my ship is rather borked, the Beta section is missing its 'saucer' (the triangular section which resides under the main saucer is gone), and the Gamma section has some texture issues, perhaps this change wasn't meant to hit Holodeck just yet?
Edit: Also, the 'rotational center' for the Alpha section is off center (it's too far back, as if the Alpha section were still attached to the other two sections), but it was that way before... Just a friendly reminder. *hint* *hint*
Edit 2: Just for reference I'm using the standard Prometheus tailor options, and the missing geometry is easily noticable from the ship tailor.
since the update on the 3rd, the bottom section of the Prometheus looks wrong it now has a slope towards the shuttle bay, I’m sure it used to be a bulky then have a small 45` angle line to the shuttle bay.
also the middle section is now missing the forward section once seperated

Looks like someone was doing model updates on code branches being incorporated into the game and that said model updates are incomplete. I would suggest it won't be long before we see a finished product for sale.
unlike the Galaxy X it doesnt have 2 missive holes when all together and a mission forward section of delta when apart...there is more wrong atm.
all the galaxy x has wrong with it is a misslined lance phaser

The primary notable feature of the Galaxy X, which is it's phase lance is crooked and too small. The registry number clips through it, and various features on the top of the saucer are also misaligned.
Besides, you're missing the point. All they have to do with the Galaxy X is nudge the lance and the top saucer features a little and fix the scale. That's about a half hour of work in a modelling program.
And they haven't done that. In 3 years. So good luck with the multiple flaws on the Prommie!

If those pets weren't completely worthless things that die as quick as a simple shuttle, I might actually care.

Cannot wait for the T6 version!
Same here. I'm flying the Hephaestus class for 4 jears now.
I hope a T6 MVAE is more than just a rumor.

Yup, she is all kinds of broken since the update.

Either that or to let more fresh air in.
