I can't rotate the camera while turning my ship. how do I fix this.

Last time I played was a while ago on a different computer but Im sure I used to be able to rotate the camera while I turn my ship. Now the camera locks in place while my ship turns and refuses to move until I stop turning. Can anyone help me fix this?

unfortunately, freecam and chasecam often get reverted by the client and needs to be set again.

nevermind. it was an issue with my computer not the game. I fixed it now
