Star Trek Online Tailor Head Option Bug

I just recently became Fleet Admiral (60), so I went to the tailor to add a pip to my uniform, and when I opened it my Voth helmet appeared, so I went to the head option to change it and the option was grey (unavailable). I logged off and restarted the game I even used Razer defrag option but nothing works.

    Same here, can't make any changes, Voth helmet automatically appears and I can't get rid of it. ALSO missing visuals for the iconian and delta rep armors. I've earned them.

    are these Both Vulcan Characters?

    There is currently a bug with both the tailor and foundry where all vulcan heads went bye bye...

    Hopefully we will see a fix soon.

    i have the same problem. The Tailor decapitates all my Male Vulcans and replaces their heads with Hirogen helmets. One is actually stuck with one, the others I have managed to cancel before it became a permanent fixture. I have spent hours with a Game Master, and have dome everything possible. Between us, we determined this is a bug that needs to be fixed.

    Please investigate this and figure out how to correct it ASAP.

    Update: Cryptic fixed this problem when they did maintenance today :smile:
