FED Armada looking for Beta & Gamma Fleets =/\=

44th is looking for FED fleets that would like to join our Armada as Beta or Gamma.
This is casual style Armada, meaning there are no rules that change how each fleet operates. Membership doesn't give power to fleet or individual to interfere in the way others behave or make their decisions. There are no obligation that should be met, leaving it to each person to choose how involved they want to be.
With that said, we are opened for interaction with other fleets and would be happy to connect with other STO communities. We are interested in sharing our in-game [PvE, PvP, RP] and forum activities, making them available for broader player base thanks to the new system which promotes greater teaming opportunities and support.
44th Fleet is currently level 49 and has active group willing to help allies with their fleet projects and upgrades, fulfilling one of the core ideas behind this feature. We encourage larger fleets to help smaller ones although we don't dictate how members of each fleet manage their resources. Our fleet holdings are opened if Armada members require fleet gear and our members are available if you need an advice on game mechanics.
Goal is to have Armada that consists of active and friendly fleets that get along well with each other, making the game a more enjoyable experience. Looking forward to meeting you all.
