Ground weapons, ship visuals, details, etc. disappears when i zoom out

When I started playing on tribble, i had to play in safe mode(for info). While i am playing, I noticed that my weapons, skill visuals, ship visuals, the quantum slipstream, cannon visuals, shield hit visuals, beam hits, turrets, fabrication, some game details like the inverted "i" symbol above any characters, all details(except the textures and characters including ships and beams) disappears when i zoom out. When I travel through sector space the ships flickers as i change the camera angle depending how much zoom in or zoom out i did.
I have been searching for answers for this "maybe a bug" or graphical error but i can't seem to see anyone with the same problem as me. For me to play the game nicely, i have to zoom all the way to maximum zoom where the character is at the left side just to see my weapon. Also, i can't see what the other characters are holding until i go very near them.

already sent like 2 tickets already ingame and also on this site
its just a joke its not fixed yet
many players have the same issue
but devs dont even bother or there is absolutely no communication between devs and support
