I know reciprocity from the intel escort, but what are the other must haves? I own the ships from the DR pack, the nandi, and the command cruiser pack

All Hands on Deck from the Tac Command Cruiser, as it reduces the cooldown on Sci abilities and Captain abilities when you use Tac abilies (5 sec lockout for each proc). Besides that, a lot of stuff is pretty nice from the DR pack, but not too much must-have, there's one whose name escapes me that increases your Defense making Reciprocity better. The Nandi's trait is pretty nice if you have enough Sci to be able to slot Tachyon Beam or Energy Siphon (which the Nandi itself can easily).

As for ships you don't have in your list, the Arbiter's Trait --once it gets fixed-- is another must-have on anything you can run EptW on. Supremacy from the Vaadwaur Astika makes its way onto most high-end builds, gives power based on how long you're in combat. Invincible from the Zahl Cruiser seems to be a hot thing right now, too.

Supremacy, holy phasers Batman. If I didn't have to work on crafting stuffs I'd have bought the Astika for that alone.

All Hands on Deck, Reciprocity and the one you get from the Samsar I think are a perfect combo for pretty much anything.

The minimum gold standard is Reciprocity from the Fed Phantom (or traits box from current lockbox for KDF/Roms) and the All Hands On Deck trait from the TAC Command Flight Dec Cruiser. I find myself using these 2 traits together for many builds. Other traits are valuable, but it greatly depends on build and what you're willing to slot since you have limited trait slots.

Like what the others said. Reciprocity and AHOD are incredible, especially together. Literal game changers.

Im currently running a niche combo on my presidio: nandi trait with improved tachyon beam. Nandi slashes weapon power cost by 50% for 10 secs, once every 30 secs when tachyon beam is activated.

Especially on ships which lack WSE comm array, like the presidio, it is very good IMO. ITB turns tachyon beam 1 into a a shield heal comparable to Sci Team 2, for yourself and everyone in a huge radius. Very nice combo, though I doubt its optimal.

Other traits which rock IMO are the intrepid trait, and the delta recruit trait. Im hoping to pick up the Astika soon, because a) it looks like an awesome ship. b) Supremacy looks incredible.

One thing to think about long term is the 5th ship trait slot from the fleet research lab (unlocks at T3). Most valuable fleet item ever arguably.

If you're an engineer captain, you can live without Supremacy. It's not exactly a cheap trait to get your hands on anyway, though Romulan players will find it more useful than any other. If you have tons of energy to work with already, anything that directly buffs weapons and reduces cooldowns is a better option. I actually like Improved Weaponized Emitters from the new T6 Excelsior. If you use it with some skillpoints in particle generators, overwhelm emitters and aceton beam (because there's really no decent commander engineer ability like APO3 or GW3), you can inflict high radiation damage on multiple targets to supplement your weapons.

One thing I was wondering about it...does the radiation damage also affect the target its self or does the damage just radiate from it and not actually to it?

The Scryer's is -very- useful for Science ship builds that rely on Exotic Damage/Aux settings...; not so much for other ships, though....
When in doubt...Gravity Well TO THE FACE!! :D
