Crafting R&D CrtD. Something change or just bad luck?

I recently took off for about 4 months and when I came back i resumed making beam arrays looking for [CrtD]x3, which I would run an upgrade on looking for [CrtD]x4. As this was my primary source of income, I wanted to make a few. So for a few days I averaged 4 or 5 [CrtD]x3's and managed to get a couple to [CrtD]x4 to sell. Then suddenly in the last 2 or 3 days, I haven't gotten any more [CrtD]x3's. At all. Even making literally hundreds and hundreds of beams, not a single one. Was something changed on the d/l or am I just having an extended run of bad luck?? If something has changed, I'd like to know before I waste a few thousand more materials.

Edit: Wanted to add I have seen dozens of [Acc]x3, [Dmg]x3 and [CrtH]x3. So I know the x3 part is still an option.

    There's quite a few crafters who used to get [crtd]x3 mods quite regularly, however seldom it may have been. Now even they can't craft more than 1 on any given day. I quit crafting because I came up with more pvp mods than even ONE crtd. It seems to me that crtd mods are not only getting nerfed, they're taking a serious beating.

    it's possible they changed something, but RNGs are fickle. it wouldn't be the first time a run of bad luck - or even the end of a run of good luck - was interpreted as an intentional nerf.
