Transwarp Risa?

I just noticed I have this now... Anyone know how one would get it?

What deed, rep or duty officer rank I needed to get this?

Or did it just show up cause of the summer event around the corner?


Or is this new due to the ravamp sector space from raiding tier 3? Description says TW to Regulus Sector Block... but I cant seem to find it on my map anymore. Thou Regulus as a system is still on the map... it is a part of Celes Sector now...

I do see a Risa Sector Block now thou.

Seems weird that the raiding TW 3 would take you to Risa which is a part of the old Sirius Sector Blocks... and not place ya near Regulus.

    I just visited battle group omega and if you are close to the transwarp gate it will say transwarp to Risa but it takes you outside Sol anyways. Another thing to fix.

    No he means like I have as well. It's a tranward location, like Delta Quad or Sol System, or Qo'nos. Right there in my list of transwarp locations... and I have no clue how I got it. Not that I'm complaining. Saves me time when I want to visit risa... which, without the summer event going on. Is never.

    But thatnks for the Risa transwarp. I'll use it when I need it.

    Perhaps, with the new space map, they added a Risa transwarp to one of the summer event accolades, so people who have them got it automatically?


    Just a blind guess, however. I'll have to remember to check my various alts when I log in next.

    perhaps, it's there for the summer event and will go away... to allow those without the diplomacy (wait, does that even work any more?) to get to Risa?

    No you don't need R4 Diplo or R4 Marauding to get in to each others sector of space now. though the spped buff from Dilpo Immun and Raiding Party still work. And now you can give it cross faction. So Fed can give KDF D.I. and KDf can give Fed R.P.

    You could always give them cross-faction.

    The transwarp is probably for the summer event. Though I wouldn't mind if they worked the Risa map into a year-round social zone. ;)

    Must've been a change in that. When i first started playing in 2011/12 you couldn't give it cross faction. Course back then not pmany people had it. So that could've just been a line started by those that didn't want to give it cross faction

    I dont think it's due to the summer event... my feds dont have it and also my kdf allied toons dont ALL have it...

    I think this is the revised T3 raiding Transwarp... instead of Regulus Sector it's now Risa.

    All my chars had this a week or 2 ago and now Risa transwarp has disappeared from my list. But my girlfriends account she can still transwarp directly to Risa space. Not sure what happened here or if she did something to unlock it even though mine DID have it. My commendations are all rank 4 just incase someone asks.

    Although I can't fathom why. You can click on the Risa summer event, and transwarp directly to it (without putting your transwarps on cd).

    Mine showed up about a week before the Summer Event on my Delta Dahar Master character. That character is T5 in all Reps and also Level IV Marauder. When I reached Marauder IV last week, DS9 showed up as a Transwarp location; it used to be Beta Ursae. Marauding at Level II used to give you Transwarp to the Alpha Centauri Sector Block while Level III gave it to the Regulus Sector Block. Those have both disappeared; perhaps this is a compromise location. Needless to say we have lost other Transwarp locations with the Sector Space Revamp, namely Tau Dewa, K-7, and Starbase 39.

    There are currently two possible transwarps to Risa ingame:
    1. KDF chars after gaining Tier 2 Marauding (was previously Regulus transwarp - before galaxy map revamp);
    2. Transwarp available to all chars above level 11 by clicking on the Risa event banner (should disappear when the summer event ends).
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    For the moment, I just use the free Transwarp from the Summer Event. It's wonderful.

    I'm pretty sure the transwarp to Risa is only for KDF players. For Fed sometimes when I want to go to Risa I warp to our Starbases use the transwarp gate there directly to Risa (when summer event isn't running).

    The transwarp gate to BGO was originally in the Risa sector, they should update the text on the button.

    1 of my toons has the transwarp to Risa, my kdf eng. i don't know how he got it; maybe because he has "marauding" maxed?

    KDF captains gets the Transwarp to Risa when when they reach level 3 Marauding.

    Not sure if it is permanent or just for the Risa Summer Event; but I think it is just for the event. The end of the event is not far off so we shall know soon.
