Should I be able to see the Starship Trait Weapon Synergy in the Parser?

I was running Infected: Conduit on a parser the other night. While I looking through the logs, I noticed that I didn't see the Weapon Synergy in the list. Should I be able to see it there? How do I know that it's working?
