Idea for the Summer Event Map

Obviously this is a biggy so it would be a next-year type thing I imagine....
OK, so we have the mountain on Risa, and the top of it, as many of you may be aware is a sort of open field. It's flat, and sort of pointless (apart from the player being able to access a cave there). Now, I get the impression that the Mountain is/was a volcano, just from the craterish shape of it.
So my idea is, get rid of that mountain and make it an active volcano (one that the expert Risian Geologists have been able to alter so it has no risk of a mahoosive catastrophic eruption). Then we could be able to fly through it (from the dead-end cave at the base of the mountain perhaps?) just for scenery, or even include new minigames etc.
Thoughts?
