Chat System....ie Zone, Trade and Local

Was wondering if i could get a responce from a dev on this one..........

I know that this is late in the game for me to ask this. At around the launch of season 9 my Zone trade and local chat stopped working....I still have tell and fleet. Sent in 2 or 3 tickets about the issue no one seams to beable to answer why i no longer have these......Have done everything from reseting all chat features back to default to downloading the update for dx 2010 even went as far as uninstalling STO and Neverwinter and reinstalling them....Also can a person be perma banned from the chat system? If so cool.......i just would like to find a cause for this.....

    I had the same issue for 2 months. Don't issue a support ticket they can't help you. You need to submit it as a bug report. Click the gear icon (I think) at the right hand side of your mini map, then Bug Report. They had me back chatting with 2 days.

    Did you go to chat settings and make sure that you had those enabled?

    Yes, went had a very long email chat with Support, and a laundery list of things that i tried and nothing fixed the issue......That is why i am asking a Dev if i did something wrong that i am not aware of and gotten myself perma banned......

    Awesome cool ty....I put in a bug report on the Neverwinter side and its been 1.5 months and still no fix might have better luck on the STO side of things.....
