What is your personal favorite ship to fly?

I was thinking about this earlier today, as I was grinding up for the new battle cruiser set. We have what, 6 tiers, 2 fleet versions, and one upgrade. That is a lot of ships to use.

So what is your personal favorite. no right or wrong answers, I just love discussions like this.

It's a tough one for me. My personal fav will always be the Excelsior, with the Avenger a close second (engineer) Tac is the Tempest all the way, and I am the odd man out, loving the experimental science vessel for my sci toons.

Klingons, of all schools of thought, is the Maha raptor thingie.

Rom's, I'm a T'varo man all the way.

Sure, many ships can do things a lot better, but I just love these ships. I don't own any lockbox ships, or even the Lobi versions. Only event ships I have are the original Odyssey and the new Nandi , the U.S.S. Bassakwards.

So how about you brave Admirals? what is your fav ship to go Pew Pew with?

    Assault Cruiser Refit USS Lexington. Haven't flown her in a while but I refuse to dismiss her.

    Also enjoyed my old T5 Mogai and the Fleet Mogai on my Romulan. My KDF loved the Kamarag Retrofit and Mirror Qin Raptor. She's loving the Mat'ha right now.

    My first love is the Vesta. I also like the Intrepid and the Xindi Aquatic. A kitty flying a fishbowl has to be the cutest thing in the world.

    You know the new vet ships are good, as is the Nandi and the Kobali and the Breen Carrier. For free ships you have three very strong choices. I fly the Breen and Kobali on 2 of my characters and would fly the Nandi on a 3rd but it's a bit ugly to my taste. It's 'belly' is just a bit too insecty.

    My Fed tact I liked flying the Vet destroyer. My Rom Eng I liked flying the intel warbird. My Klingon Sci traveled in the Varanus for a long time. My Gorn Eng had the most fun in the Risian Luxury Cruiser. Don't know why, just was fun.
    The Rom is the only one still in the same ship. Others have moved on to other ships.

    I just love my phantom, it's not the best ship out there(pilot escort i'm looking at you), but it's first ship that i buyed... So yeah... Phantom is my love...

    Right now I am enjoying my command cruiser on my main character. My personal favorite ship is probably the D'Deridex. I have not flown it in such a long time but it will always be my favorite in the Star Trek universe.

    Oh yes, the D'Deridex too. I've put it in drydock however while I field test some of the new things and work on upgrading some of my gear for it.

    Fleet Dauntless. It is a great mix of beamscort and space magic, and can cross a quadrant quickly.

    I absolutely love my Command Cruiser, and still have a soft spot for the Intel Cruiser.

    D'deridex and Odyssey. Both mechanically inferior to stuff I have now, but those two ships just feel like home.

    With the new Fleet Arbiter, I'd say that would be it....but it's equal with Phantom atm. Arbiter for the 1 billion beam shotting out or its aaarse, and the intel ability of the phantom makes killing big hp targets a breeze. Fav cruiser is the guardian, again because it has intel. I haven't tried pilot ships, so my view may change once I've got a taste of that

    My Fed Tac: The Risian Luxury Cruser, though if I can get it, I wanna upgrade to the Fleet Assault Cruiser Refit

    My Sci Gorn: The Tal Shiar Adapted Battlecruiser, hands down, followed by the Risian Corvette

    My Sci KDF-Rom Alien: Between the Scimitar and the standard Dyson Science Destroyer.

    I like the ship's I saw on tv and in the movies. Not really a fan of most cryptic designs.

    Voth Bulwark. Beast of a tank, hanger bay, and the *only* ship a fed can fly with a battle cloak (w/ voth 3pc set bonus). Runners up, Vesta and Eclipse.

    Well, I don't have a single favorite, so here are some of my favorites..

    Alien: All Dominion/Jem'Hadar ships
    FED: Fleet T5U Armitage (using the Akira costume of course) & Fleet T5U Vesta (custom kitbash costume)
    KDF: Fleet T5U B'rel
    RR: Fleet T6 Morrigu (using a custom Mogai/Morrigu/Valdore kitbash costume)

    I think overall if I had t pick a favorite, it's the Tactical Escort (any Tier).
    Long Range Science Vessel (any Tier, too) is a close second, I suppose. Vesta may actual rival its place. Beyond that, it's getting difficult to make a ranking.

    On the Romulan side, it's even more difficult. The Dyson Destroyer might have been the most fun overall.
    Klingon side... BOPs are great. I also had fun with Vor'Cha and Neg'Var.
    Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.

    I don't know really, battlecruisers are my favorites most of the time...got so many to choose from, it's really hard to pick one or some favorites... C-store, lobi, lockbox and event ships... Grinded for sooo many over the years...
