Following is the list of issues, that are more urgent than rolling out a new T6 ship pack every month:
Lockboxes:
Last 400 or so lockboxes I opened - no ship. Mind you I paid money for them. Don't appear random to me, 5 common duty reinforcement packs in the row, or some other random cheap filler worthless items, again in the row.
A possible solution to a lockbox problem - keep a count of how many lockboxes somebody has opened. When counter reaches # 100, present a dialog to a customer to choose one of any very rare item or better present in lockbox. And I bet that you would even make more money in key sales, since your customers will know that even if they fail opening 99 boxes, they would still get something good from 100th lockbox.
Crafting:
Items upgrade in rarity at 50% percent rarity chance after several rounds, which used to flip at or about 30 percent.
At 32% chance to crit on crafting components at lvl 18 in beams & with a purple doff, I only get 1 out of 5 if lucky (which is statistically 20%, not 30%).
Upgrading:
I'm not even mentioning annoyances like [pvp mods] or the fact that one have to craft over a hundred mk II weapons to get the one desired, and even then most likely getting an [acc] mod or something else undesired.
Even the rep gear - I got a [Threat] stat on my Assimilated Deflector going UR. Really??? Or a [Per] mod on my Solonae lobi EV suite. Am I being trolled by you????
I program for living, and just get this feeling that STO RNG code just a bit out of wack and as shady as all can be. Could you go public with the RNG code? That's what makes you money, and your product cannot be defective. With all the crashes and all the new content, I just have a feeling that you might of broken something. Have your developers scrub through the RNG code and make sure that your customers are not unintentionally cheated.
I usually don't post, but this is something that's been bothering me lately, had to bring it out in the open. I'm sure a lot of people are in the same boat. I probably was not alone in taking a couple of weeks off from playing due to frustration. And just a hair short of quitting, as many others are, I'd imagine. So, Cryptic/Arc/PWE, whoever you are, please, fix your mess.
On a final note, if you do find something is wrong, some reimbursement would be nice. Like I said my account or your RNG just not behaving right.
P.S. New forum looks good, but where is "Today's Posts" button?!
Thank you in advance, for in hopes that you'll look into all or at least some of the issues I listed above.

There is no need for a literal translation and subtle insults. I did craft thousands and upgraded hundreds of items, so, I'd say that, it's a statistically relevant sample size.
Issue stands, cheers
If one reason to put ships into lockboxes is to ensure they non-faction ships remain rare as mandated by CBS, a streak breaker mechanic is a definite way to end this. The lockbox system would turn into a "pay X Zen for ship, with a chance for a random discount."
Rare: (of an event, situation, or condition) not occurring very often.
by this definition 400 lockboxs is beyond rare i agree with you and the op to an extent but cryptic can do better imo.
Yes, a "streak breaker" safeguard would be nice & choose your mods that would even cost while crafting or upgrading would be nice too. And yes, make it Zen or roll for random. Yes PWE needs to make the money on the game but at the same time to be fair because happy customers bring in more customers.
There should be a balance towards happy customers & happy publisher not heavily biased towards the publisher.
My latest problem is insane random lag & kick... it almost like somebody at PWE is retaliating for my original post and throttling/kicking me. Weird, right? While I'm sitting on a fiber optic and speedtest is creaming fast. I guess that's a Stalin like way of solving a problem at hand... hehe But it could be just the latest patch too
