Time in a Bottle - Missing Weekly Reward Box

Hi there,
It seems the game has caught up to my account or vice versa.. Problem resolved!
Has anyone experienced a missing weekly reward box for Time in a Bottle? I logged into my alternative account this morning to run the Feature Episode for my weekly 'specialisation point' but in the mission brief the reward pack is missing. Initially I thought it may have been a simple matter of me not remembering the run last night, I have a neurological condition which sometimes results in short lapses in memory. After fully checking both of my captains for evidence of this weeks reward, via inventory and their Captains Logs, this weeks mission has yet to be run on that account.
I wanted to check with the community before Bug Reporting as I'm still getting used to the new Forum and maybe not searching correctly. Any information would be appreciated, and if you have raised or seen a Bug Report for this issue already, could you please post a link or let me know to double my search efforts?

Did this week's FE (replay, but first toon for this week) on my granddaughter's account (F2P), did not get the Featured Episode Weekly Reward box but did get all normal rewards (skill points, expertise, dil, reward choice). Submitted ticket. No response as yet.
Did this week's FE (new, and first toon for this week) on my wife's account (F2P, former sub), got the Featured Episode Weekly Reward box and all normal rewards (skill points, expertise, dil, duty officer, emote, reward choice).
3 separate accounts of varying types, all within a span of less than 24 hours.
EDITS
The Featured Episode Weekly Reward box showed in the mission reward list on all 3 toons on all 3 accounts mentioned above upon completion, though it was not rewarded on one. I honestly couldn't say if it's been <cue spooky phone voice from "The Ring"> 7 days since last attempt, but if it's a hidden mechanic it's a pretty ****ed up one.
Cryptic sure does love their hidden timers.
Did any of the other weekly reward FEs work this way? They seemed to be a Thurs-Wed thing, not a when did you play it thing.
To the best of my knowledge and experience, this is new behavior.
