I've got it last night. It's a good deal as it improves on the existing Avenger (It has the same mastery perks, and the ship trait is awesome). The LtCmdr Universal Boff seat is very good thing, it allows variety. Basically, you can use it with any career. Little less useful for sci captains, but for tacs and engineers, it rocks.
Also, the LtCmdr tac boff seat is an Intel/Tac seat.
And the current price is unbeatable

Well, dude if you have previous version, they are almost the same but tier 6. Obviously they are "better" than em, and being a tier 6 they are just as good as any other ship, really. Again, depends on what you looking for.
Add that lower weapons power cost while running Weapon System Efficiency Cruiser Command (LOL, Command FDCs lose AGAIN). The Mogai is an Escort and a Warbird, thus no chance at a Cruiser Command. But if you stuff in 2 of the Mogai Consoles, you do get +5 Weapons Power and a -25% Weapon Power Cost as part of the 2 piece bonus. Whether that's important enough for you to give up Console Slots is up to you and your build.
It never ceases to amaze me how people seem to forget that the cruiser commands are group wide if you are in range, and I will be getting Weapon System Efficiency most of the time in my Command Cruiser anyway...

More often than not, the armed encounter between spacecrafts requires you to veer off from your fellow captains and do you duty on the other side of the map. Well outside of the 10km effect radius.
In the past, when I was more dedicated, this is where I would feel the need to explain how group buffs and synergy work, and how to get the most out of stacking your advantages as a team instead of trying to horde all of the buffs and glory for oneself.
Now I'm old. I realize that the people who are going to actually do well in a team environment already understand the concept, and the ones that don't are never going to.

After having looked at many in Sol system, I decided to go for it earlier today, because the skin in 3D to me really looks great, and even matches the Avenger's parts very well.
Feels tough, turns fast enough with the console synergy bonus plus a few +turn armor consoles. It really does look like a battle variant of a Regent and a Vesta combined, and surprisingly isn't exactly longer than the Avenger itself by all that much.
Considering the designer had to make a ship that had to fit any and all parts of the Avenger and still look good, I'd say it was very well done all-round.
The only other variant of a Fed Cruiser/Battlecruiser/Dreadnought I'd look forward to would be a T6 Odyssey, otherwise still hoping for a T6 Vesta & Pilot Prometheus on the Fed side.
I couldn't hold out any longer and bought it last night, spent 3 hours shooting the TRIBBLE out of everything. I LOVE IT!!!!!! I just feel bad for my old ship, spent so much buying it then upgrading it. Now I just need a fleet module
Actually when I look at that page (which I did before posting) it does not state how much the power cost reduction is, how much it speeds firing up by and whether it has a 'cooldown/lockout' (eg. triggers max of once every x seconds). Hence why I asked about cooldown/lockout. Because if it doesn't then a dual EPtW build could have this trait in effect all the time.
Anyone else having a turn rate problem with the T6 Avenger? ... My Command Cruisers are turning faster than my Avenger now ... use to spin like a top but no longer.

I went and checked my cloak console. Apparently they did not add the T6 version of the battlecruisers to the cloaking device yet.
Next patch, I hope. Should be a simple fix.
