  I had this happen to me too. Unfortunately, it was on a new, low-level character and I needed to get to Khitomer for my next mission. At Warp 5. <sighs> Free transwarp is not such a good thing when it's in the opposite direction you wish to go.

  It is annoying if your char can transwarp back to where you came from. It is very frustrating if your char is not yet high enough to transwarp or has only a limited number of transwarp destinations. Happens to my lvl 60 Rom whenever I answer a Borg Red Alert as well.

  When my KDF and KDF-Rom toons leaves Risa I sometimes spawn next to the Sol system.

  And leaving the Tholian red alert also puts you next to Sol. It appears to be the default spawn point.

  I experience the same. And I usually go to Nukara after Risa for marks, so it doubles my distance :mad:
