Delta GUI

It's probably posted somewhere but got a question, I saw they took away the Delta GUI so how are you to recieve the perks that were in there? And if you can't what good is a Delta toon now over the older toons?

    You go to the temporal officers at your faction's hub: Earth Spacedock, Qo'nos or the Romulan Flotilla.

    I went to the temporal officer in front of the admirals office. I am level 47 delta how do I colect the marks now and the other items??

    He didn't give me any options to do that?

    So what I am seeing there is no way now to colect any of the marks since I didn't finish the before this chane is that correct??? Or claim the items at level 50?

    Yes that worked thanks for the help, I just tried to create another toon and it looks like you can't create Delta recruit now. I guess it was a one time a event. Do you know if there is a way to create a new Delta recruit?

    Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction. Clinking on the comm badge opens the Delta GUI now.

    use the tesseract communicator in your inventory and double click it to bring up the same DR interface window/interface
