I like the looks, my Rom will appreciate something tankier than the Faeht, and Lt. Cdr universal means I can choose between Science for grav well, Eng for EPT or Aux, tac for more tac.
They improved the looks of all three, something I was surprised about.

If said intelligence services existed, I could not comment on their ability or inability to acquire this information.
That being said, it is interesting how this wasn't caught in their net -- again, if they existed. Which again, I do not confirm nor deny that they do.
