Removing the Delta Recruit UI in latest patchnotes?

So in tomorrow's June 11 patchnotes, it says this:
Removed the Delta Recruit UI which was still appearing for Delta Recruit captains.
I was under the impression that Delta Recruits that haven't finished their Delta Recruit stuff could still finish up after the event and acquire their rewards through the UI? I know this was stated in various places by the devs as being the case, but...
I remember the Tesseract Communications Receiver used to have a "use" function that also opened up the Delta Recruit rewards window, but that doesn't seem available anymore.
These two ways, the Tesseract Communications Receiver and the Delta Recruit Details button on the HUD UI, are the only two ways to access the rewards for the Delta Recruit goals (as well as providing a handy list of the goals).
This isn't the same as what the Delta Recruit NPCs give access to, far as I know, as they seem to be more for non-Delta Recruits alts to get unlocked account rewards.
So if the Delta Recruit UI removal includes removing the currently only way to access this list of goals and ability for Delta Recruits to gather their rewards, seeing that the Tesseract Communications Receiver no longer allows you to open that up on its own anymore, then how are Delta Recruits going to be able to access this list and their rewards?
Would like some dev clarification if I'm mistaken or if the TCR is meant to be functional on its own without the UI on the HUD and is just bugged right now, or etc.

Well, my issue with this is that I can't seem to "use" the TCR currently. I'm sitting in-game and it no longer has any option for it but to view "info" and "cancel" out of the drop-down menu.
This is the case on all of my Delta Recruits, even. Tried using it in various other locations, too, but no dice.
EDIT: Ah, well, while it has no right-click drop-down "use" option, it *does* work if you double-click on it in your inventory. Thanks for helping me narrow that down, everyone, hope this helps unconfuse someone else! =P

Perhaps we'll see a right-click Use option by the end of the month.
