Source: Those people that tell us things that are coming to the game but we're not allowed to link on the forums.
It's listed as being unreleased/cut, and I think it would have been awesome.

- Accuracy increase (Space)
- Defense increase (Space)
- Dodge increase (Ground)
- Flanking damage disables Shields (Ground)
- Critical Hits Trigger Defense increase (Space)
- Being Flanked causes Dodge increase (Ground)

well, the issue I have is it looks like at one time the devs considered giving attention to pvp but then took all of the good ideas and made them for pve.
That's why sadface
because one must PvE to fill spec points and you're totally missing my point. It's about once having devs giving attention to new PvP content but then not finishing it.
EDIT: yes one can do PvP wrapper missions to get spec points but that would take forever to just get 1 point.
It also applies in PvP doesnt it?
Strikes me as odd to find the above "awesome" when it screams "broken" all over it.
Honestly I'm glad the whole thing got cut, and I hope it never sees the light of the day.
