What cool downs does Kemocite-Laced Weaponry share?

    Ok, over 73 views and no answer.

    Found out another way- it doesn't share a cool down with any other tactical abilities.

    KLE doesn't share any cools owns. Pretty nice, it should trigger AHOD, but didn't at first. I don't recall if that has been fixed yet...?
