So are sector map doff area's still broken?

I don't see a mention of it being fixed in the patch notes nor is it on the known issues part of the notes.

    Resolved an issue that was blocking the availability of many Special Commodity missions in the Alpha Quadrant such as Haggle assignments and Shortage assignments.

    There's is that. Other than that, then no. They haven't acknowledged/fixed it.

    So was it resolved? Anyone saw Haggle missions today?

    I went around. There are still small pockets that house the good missions. I went to the ferengi vendor on DS9 4 times and none of those times was a haggle mission. I'd say it's still broken.
