Need Kortar Pilot Ship Build

I am a real noob on equipment and making it work with synergy
I am looking for a Tactical Pilot Ship build for my Kortar for PVE.
My budget is around Rare (Blue) Mark XII all around. Though I was thinking about the Kobali set (Deflector, Impulse Warp, and Shield) since it is free and easy to get. (Of course the ship comes with some gear already)
