Clown shoes ;)

Just a heads up that coming down the pipe (eventually) will be a polish pass to most of the male footwear similar to what the females had a while back.

The primary goals are subtle improvements to skinning, shape, and to make the shoe sizes more uniform. Regarding the last part, as you may have noticed, some footwear makes the feet look tiny, while others look like clown shoes. Example:

Shouldn't be a big deal and/or affect your costumes much - but now you won't have to resize the feet for every shoe and boot to look proportionate.

    Yes please!

Most shoes in this game make me cringe. (KHG Armor boots take the crown.)

    Thanks for the initiative.

You might want to check it out. I would hate to think you would have to rebuild it again when we get skants all around. That and cookie wants a female gorn so you make need to be able to make a cross dresser soon.

It would open up the possibility of kilts, like Scotty wore with his TOS dress uniform...

Good point, I misread the post, my mistake, seriously though I'd look into this on both models, those look a lot better than anything I have live, who knows... Maybe it's time to finally make a male character...

    I definitely approve of this.

You and your team are doing a pretty good job, Joejing.

EDIT: Now about those male skirts, as always, I'm definitely for that possibility.

I don't suppose that since you're going to be adjusting footwear, you could possibly add in the option to use the Caitian bare feet/paws with uniforms while you're at it? Pretty please? :)

Well looking at that picture this was a needed change indeed.

This has to be the most well known part of SGA on these forums. Every once in a while, someone posts a link to some youtube video bit with Sheppard explaining how terrifying clowns are (the other scene is where he describes the war against clowns to a wraith worshipper).

Another update on this coming soonish.

Just finished the improvement pass for footwear. This includes improved fit, shape, and proportions. Less jagged polygons, feet are more consistently sized, and have more "natural" shapes.

NOTE: This does not include female Klingon boots - those will be addressed with the ongoing Klingon improvements.

Alllsssooooo...corrected footwear and lower uniform items (including off-duty) to more logical/proper categories. For example, tight pants should not have been *also* available in the "long loose pants" category. This should make the category organization a bit easier to understand and navigate, improve costume mix and match results, and reduce clipping (hopefully! :) )

Also, hopefully - you may notice even more options available - a few shoes and boots that work with more categories than before.

Can you please take a look at the Odyssey excursion pants, they have been moved out of the tight pants category and into another.

The Oddyssey excursion and dress belt only show up when selecting tight pants on male characters.

Seconded. If you want the Odyssey Excursion belt you'd need to use the 'Knee High' category, but they don't offer the Odyssey Excursion pants.

And if you use the 'Tight' category you get the Excursion pants option, but not the Excursion belt option.

Please tell me we KDF female types are getting propper sexy scifi foot ware with heels? Anything is better then the spiked, armored moccasin look.

Yup yup. I saw baddmoonrizin's post on Havelock's Tailor Thread regarding this as well. Technically the problem is not with the pants update - those pants should not be in the tight category...as they are not tight.

The real issue is the belt should work with all of the categories (Federation Uniform, that is). That fix is coming soon.

Hopefully the TOS Mirror Thigh High boots are one of those to go with more stuff. My main uses them and wants them with more things. Including off duty.
