Crafting Ground Armor Tech Upgrade ?

Greetings,

In which school do you craft ground armor tech upgrades? I can't find it.

    ground armour upgrades come from ground weapons upgrades.

    It might have gotten moved to engineering, not sure....

    Thanks for the reply. I was expecting something under engineering, since that is where armor is created.

    You make ground armor in engineering, but need ground weapon upgrades to bump em up. Yet ground shields are both made in shields and use shield upgrades.

    hence my confusion earlier when I was trying to find armour to craft, lol
