Can't log into the game since patch 5/21

No matter what i do the game will not launch. The launcher would come up and then after hitting engage i would be stuck on a black Cryptic screen for 3 minutes and crash. Now the launcher just says it can't communicate with the patch server. Is there any fixes for this?

    Best advice I can give is try uninstalling and re-installing the launcher. Sure the patch will take ages, but methinks it's your best bet.
