I'm not really expecting too much in the way of answers, and or any answers at all, but considering the number of threads with the same or similar themes, I though I'd put several into one spot.
Our dear friends the forum moderators, haven't yet created an FCT for the Romulan sub-forums, but I'm guessing it will happen soon, so ...
1} Will we ever get a proper T5/U/T6 Romulan Carrier with 2 Hangar bays?
2} Will we ever get a non Fleet T5/U/T6 proper "sciency" Science Ship?
3} Will we ever get a Romulan Ground Set /Rom Rep Ground Set WITH VISUALS?
4} Will we ever get a New Romulus City?
5} Will we ever get a full Romulan Fleet with Romulan themed Holdings?
6} Will we ever see an adjustment to the rate of Romulan Bridge Officer Recruitment missions?
7} Will we ever see Reman Bridge Officer BoFF Recruits for sale at a vendor?
8} Will we ever see Romulan Alien Bridge Officers?
9} Will there ever be a Romulan Security Officer?
10} Will there ever be a Romulan Duty Officer NPC?
11] Will we ever see other playable/recruitable races/species added to the Romulan Faction?
12} Will we ever see some parity and continuity in the Romulan Tailor Color Palette?
13} Will we ever see Bridge Packs for Romulan Ships?
14} Will we ever get a "trophy room" for our ships?
I think that's about it ... feel free to add or detract, from the list.

Probably not.
I'd be overjoyed to be proven wrong, but the Roulan faction has never been a priority of any sort for the Devs. Some of the mods care, but the SpoonFeds will always be the top priority. The golden child.

15} Will we ever get the missing Romulan uniforms (DS9, Nemesis...)?
16} Will the existing uniforms get the missing pieces (alternate belts on TNG, the thumb-loops on TOS*...)

18} Will the state of the Republic government ever be expanded, with a Senate building and a few new NPCs?

-> Joanne Linville, as the Romulan Commander
-> John Snyder, as Bochra
-> Carolyn Seymour, as Toreth
-> Dina Meyer, as Donatra
* = if you go to the Club on ESD, check the hands of the woman in pink Romulan TOS skirt, in front of the glass wall on the other side of the bar. I kid you not... she has the thumb-loops. So the tailor asset definitely exists.
Some great additions there
I'd really like Romulan Fleet holdings. Also I want a accurately scaled singularity core room on warbirds, not the tardis size one we have now. The singularity cores on ships even like the mighty D'deridex were shown to fit in a almost cabinet size area.
On the plus side you can change your sig the dyson ships have been able to use their factions skins for a while now :P

Haha, that's pretty cool.
Any Romulan-specific VO would be awesome. Just to give a little more flavour to the faction. And if it's a returning Trek actor, that's all the better! There were some great characters to play off.
My candidate for the computer voice would be the guy that does Kail from Temporal Defense. I think he could pull off the computer voice we heard in that TNG episode pretty well, if for whatever reason they're not going to use those audio files.
15) I have seen this asked before. Are not the bulky padded jackets the uniforms from DS9? I know they were in TNG. I missed something on Nemesis. Was there also a romulan Nemesis uniform? Because we have the reman one.

There are a couple uniforms missing, yeah.
The classic checkerboard was in DS9, but they also had a tighter variant. Seemed to be more Tal'Shiar than anything, but still neat.
And yeah, there was a new Romulan uniform for Nemesis.
If the neck piece and bandolier were present I would think that to be the modern Tal Shiar uniform. Or really close to it.

Doesn't Centurion Velaar at NRC fullfill this role? She at least sells the CXP Doffs.
I think it was mentioned, but we need a Romulan Computer voice.
I would love it very much if the special BOFFs (Breen, Reman, Jem Heddar et al) came in Romulan flavor. I really hate having the Fed Logo and Fed beam out animation attached to half my crew.
And Romulan Flavored DOFFs as well, I don't care if they are just a Copy Paste with the Romulan Background for stuff like the Colonization DOFFs.

21} Will we ever get all the variants and accessories of the Tal Shiar Uniforms?
Yep, she does that. But then there's a console for the 48hr recruitment missions, and no 20hr race-based recruitment contacts. So we're missing some pieces.

Sick of hearing my KDF allied Romulan talked to like she is a Klingon. Romulans deserve respect and the other two factions need to start respecting us and stop discriminating against us.
