What buffs, if any, the DoT for the Thoron-infused weaponry?

Thanks!

There are things that buff Radiation Damage but the Thoron Radiation Damage Proc is so small that any boosts you have are irrelevant. But for the sake of information, these are the things that increase Radiation Damage:

Counter-Command Multi-Conduit Energy Relay Console from CC Weapon Set.

    Delta Weapon Set's 2-piece bonus.

Not familiar with all the Iconian Rep equipment yet, so I can't give a good answer on them regarding Radiation Damage increases.

    +1

Thoron-infused weaponry is currently too weak.

So the Bio-molecular stuff is still the better choice at the moment? I'm trying to plan an endgame build and trying to determine what to put on it.

    Thanks!

I use the one TIP array that's part of the Delta Armaments set on one of my cruisers that was already running polarons, but I just couldn't justify using the non-set versions (which is a shame b/c I like the look of the weapon's fx).

I'm sure your DPS is great, but as Kahless said, "a petaQ with high system mastery is still a petaQ." (Well, he should have said it...!)

In terms of Energy Weapons, yes, it's not even close. Bio-Molecular Phaser/Disruptor is infinitely better in Radiation application than Thoron-infused Polaron. Even more so if you're using CC Weapon Set due to the bonus. The 2-piece bonus is important. The set's console increases the radiation damage. The set bonus is a "final bonus" to Phaser/Disruptor and gives +2% chance for the radiation proc to occur.

For Torpedoes, the Enhanced Bio-Molecular Photon Torpedo is still a very solid performer and is still part of the CC Weapon Set. Neutronic Torpedo is still nasty business, especially in the small Radiation AOE that its torps do.

Thanks warmaker! Yeah, I'm currently running the enhanced bio torp and it really puts a hurt on the target for a photon. I may try experimenting with the bio disruptors.
