Do You Still Get Delta Rewards After The Event Is Over?

maximusdecimus88maximusdecimus88 Member Posts: 174 Arc User
I have not played star trek online for about a month now but I am gonna be returning to it soon. I usually play it 4 hours a day for 4-5 days a week. Anyway, if I create a Delta Character now will I still get the Delta benefits? Even after the event is over? I really hope so.

Yes you still get the individual rewards, the only thing going away is the trait that rewards dilithium for kills and the server-wide awards that everyone was earning.

To clarify, and the account wide rewards?

Nothing, you just had to get the creation done by the end of the event.
New home of the Romulan Republic.
I have an idea for what Season 11 should be; Season 11: The Big Bug Fix.
I have not been able to read my bug tickets in over a year, not even the tickets about not being able to see my tickets.
I find the drama of your signature proof of your immaturity, this means you, DR whiners.

Wrong. The tutorial must be completed. Just creating a character doesn't count as making a delta recruit.

Are you sure about that? Just creating a character is obviously not enough to qualify for being a Delta Recruit, but if I recall correctly, your character only needs to meet their future self to get the Tesseract Communicator.

Correct. This is the point at which your character becomes a delta recruit. Once you can see the re ruit reward screen, thats as far as you need to get.

as mentioned, you'll still be able to do all the missions and get all the rewards... the one exception to all of it (I believe) is that you'll loose the Delta Recruit Trait that gives a little extra XP and Dil on when you "Crush your enemies. See them driven before you. Hear the lamentations of their women."....

er... well.. when you beat things

Fixed that for you. You accidentally hit the question mark instead of the period.

I was actually asking, as I was not completely sure myself. But incidentally, you answered my question in confirming that is correct, so thanks.

Oh, Sorry I actually assumed you made a typo. :o I thought I'd seen you respond in a similar thread a week or two ago.

It's cool. And I think I did respond before, but as I was about to do so today I realized I did not have a source to link to and was just going on what I thought I remembered reading, so I wanted to make sure.
