Missing Omega Shoulder Pads?

I just got the Omega Force armor on my main toon (Human Male) and with it came the unlock for the outfit. Upon going to put the outfit on my character I noticed that the shoulder pads from the set were not available as a customization option, yet everything else was.

Is this a bug or is the default Omega Force outfit supposed to not have shoulder pads? My guess is the former, since the thumbnail for the armor shows shoulder pads, but I could be wrong.

EDIT: I also just realized that the helmet is unavailable to me. There's no option for it in the head customization section....

    You need to buy the entire omega set to unlock those options. Armor/shield/gun.

    I had this issue on my Romulan for awhile. Turns out I somehow bought an extra KHG piece instead of the last Omega piece. Once I bought the complete Omega set, shoulder pads appeared and all was well.

    Make sure you have all 3 pieces of the omega set. Shield, Armor, weapon. If you have all 3 and the problem still persists, file a bug report.

    Oh, I didn't know you needed the ENTIRE Omega Force set to get all the outfit options. Thanks for letting me know guys! :D

    It can be a bit confusing since they changed the way the sets work. When you buy the armour you get access to costume set 1 which originally was the costume for getting the whole MK XI set. Since that doesn't exist anymore you get the basic costume for the armour. The full costume (costume option 2) is, however, still bound to the full MK XII set and I do believe the advanced sets (3 and 4) are still bound to the STF accolades as there is no "adapted" OMEGA set (KHG and MACO sets get additional costumes after purchasing the "adapted" version).
