Starbase 234 bug?

I went into this zone, the war game version, not the herald one, with my fed side Rom tac officer, cloaked to avoid the ships and went for the base but was unable to shoot at it.

Is it a glitch or something else?

    Seconded, happened to me the other day on a kdf rom tried restarting the patrol and still couldn't attract the starbase

    Unable to attack it on any characters.. Definitely bugged... It does complete though if you wait out the timer. At least it did for me.
