Need: Kick Vote option

How comes this actually is not available / does not exist for PvE Qes/Groups ?
It's critical for it to be there.
Some players just join the Q's, stay CiH (and get the reward) while the rest do all the work.
We need kick vote option. It's present in all or most MMOs.

One other bad thing: reporting players for staying idle seems never to have consequences for them.

So please give us the vote-kick option.

    It's not in STO because the vast majority of players are idiots that can not be trusted to not abuse such a feature.....
    How I picture a lot of the forumites :P

    How is giving guys who bark orders at everyone power to kick people a good thing? They, and their lemmings who'll vote automatically, will kick people if they got up on the wrong side of the bed....which is, like, every day.

    Hell, even Cryptic knows this is a horrible idea.

    Well, they put that in Neverwinter. It turned out pretty bad. And now peeps actually want it to be removed lol.

    This comes up constantly, it's not happening as it's prone to abuse as it's been stated in every thread this comes up in.
