Where is the security team ?

On ground runs with tactical cpt. I used to be able to spawn a security team.
Now that is gone (noticed after the Iconian update). What happened ?

    have you checked your hud abilitys listing, you may have to put them back into your ground hud..

    i did check the available abilities when I noticed it was gone from the quick-bar, it's not there anymore.

    The other common reason for skills like security escort / miracle worker etc being missing is not having spent enough skill points. Check your skills section and make sure you have spent your skill points.

    The character isn't a new one, that might not have the required level for the ability yet?

    Are you looking by icon or ability name? A few patches ago, many ability icons have changed.
    Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.

    The character is old (since beta).
    I did check ability names, its just not there anymore.
    Initial icon change did not affect this.

    So this:
    http://sto.gamepedia.com/Ability:_Security_Escort
    is just gone without a trace.

    it's a slottable kit power/ability... have you slotted something else in it's plac?

    best bet would be to go with dirlettia's suggestion and check your skill points on that character, sometimes after season releases certain things can get out of whack with the skill points becoming invalid, you will get a free respec to reset them if need be..

    its not a kit ability like a module....

    I thought the power might be disabled because sometimes your captains are out of range of their ships and thus their security teams.

    Indeed, it is a basic cpt. ability.

    It appears its ok now.
    - I reset all game settings and reloaded the game
    - I went again to cpt. abilities/skills and the icon for it appeared
    - I added it back to the quick-bar and I noticed that also the stealth kit skill was back again (didnt noticed it was missing until now)
