Can not load Tribble without crashing

Each time i try to load tribble the client crashes. I get a report that Direct3D is reporting an error that XIGI device has been removed. My DirectX drivers are up to date. I am worried that when the content on tribble is moved to the holodeck this problem will come with it. Is there anything i can do on my end to fix this? It has happened about 6 times now. Verifying files does not seem to help. Error reports have been submitted.

Windows 8.1 (64-bit) with x64-based processor

AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon(TM) HD graphics 2.00 GHz AMD Radeon HD 8400 / R3 Series

8GB of RAM

    I appreciate the attempt at helping but i don't know what all that means. I did not do anything like unplug a device ect. My drivers are up to date and have been. I have no problem loading the Holodeck (or any other game for that matter), just Tribble.

    DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG: The graphics driver stopped responding because of an invalid combination of graphics commands sent by the app. If you get this error repeatedly, it is a likely indication that your app caused the device to hang and needs to be debugged.

    This issue was never resolved and now has come to the holodeck. Thnkx Cryptic. Way to take care of your Gold subscription members :(

    i can say i have never had that fault i am a lifer but it may be that something has gone wrong with your launcher try re-istalling it

    I used to be able to play both Holodeck and Tribble with no problems... Same machine, no changes. Then, season 10 went to Tribble, and I couldn't play it any more. Then the updates from Tribble went live to Holodeck, and now I can't play it unles it's in safe mode. All fine and dandy, but just tonight I tried loading into Tribble (in safe mode) to see what different sets looked like on my Vesta. Here I was at ESD at the ship tailor, shutting off the Vesta skin, and only the hull was visible... No options I changed would actually stay changed, and when I decided to enter earth orbit to see if the missing hull pieces were only a tailor issue, the whole thing crashed to oblivion...

    If Cryptic moves whatever they have on Tribble over to holodeck, this game will be totally unplayable, even for a die-hard trek guy, STO Lifer, and someone who is generally pleased with STO like myself... And it's not that I'm just giving up... It's that I literally can't play...
