not able to get the spectre missions from dros station

for some reason my lv35 rom/klin can not get the spectre missions from dros station not that doing them again i wouldnt mind but i would like the marks from them
anyone have any idea why i cant access them i have done them on my other 2 delta recruits

    no one has any ideas the missions are greyed out in the episode guide cant hail or anything

    what other missions have you done? what text is displayed on the tooltip when you have the mouse hover over the hail button?

    it doesnt say anything hail is greyed out
    i am starting the breen missions now i think i am not home but if not i am close to it
    i remember when i got the spectre missions on my other toons and when i go to talk to the commander by the dobo table i dont get anything
    also i dont remember gettng the tal shiar uniform on my other toons but i iwll have to look

    My KDF-allied Romulan Delta Recruit couldn't do Spectres until after the Freedom/Cloaked Intentions FE series, while my Starfleet-allied and regular KDF characters could do it in their teens, as the level requirement now reads for them, and completing Bigger Picture, in the Starfleet-allied Romulan's case. It looks like they forgot to set the unlock requirements earlier for KDF-allied Romulans when they moved the arc back for everyone else with Delta Rising.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.
