After $100 worth of in-game items never arrived in my mailbox I filed an in-game support ticket which referred me to the website. Every time I try to file a PWE support ticket the website goes into a redirect loop and refuses to load. I have tried everything including using a mobile device, I filed the ticket but it wouldn't let me submit it from a mobile device.
Needless to say I'm extreme frustrated right now at PWE, I know Cryptic has no control over them but maybe someone here can offer some advice on how to proceed.

If you got them off the Z store, look in your inventory..
Nothing you buy FROM crypytic gets delivered by in game email...

And good point above. Items do not come in your Mail. You get them directly from the C-Store. They will list as Available to you to Claim if you purchased them.

It went back to doing that? Trendy apparently spoke to tech support yesterday after I ran into the redirect loop myself, and it seemed cleared up as of very late last night (like midnight CDT). You might try again and if it is still doing it, use that email address.

Not my first rodeo, I only trade with people I trust. Several of these email were between me and my fleetmates. I assure you this is not the case.
Ok, if their your fleetmates...why then did you not just trade the item's face to face? Quite frankly its their fault for trying to mail them this soon after the mail item bug was JUST corrected. there may be lingering effects. Best way to trade items of that value is face to face in a TRADE. Quite frankly PWE nor Cryptic has any responsibility to do anything to help you. If its the mail bug then wait awhile and im sure they'll come out with a fix again in a month or so. If not then sounds like you got scammed and I hope you didnt "trade" your compensation up front.
Maybe next time you'll try the TRADE window in game and not sending it through mail. sorry if this sounds like im just trying to be an TRIBBLE but if the truth hurts...
Generally I only trade face to face but there was a miscommunication. It just happened to be during a big trade deal.
