Regenerative Integrity Field Command Platforms set?

Regenerative Integrity Field Command Platforms Set? The Set includes Fleet Support Platform, Tachyon Pulse Platform and the Defense Platform. So why isn't there info on how and where to get the rest of this set? Common sense would say that this information would have been included somewhere! So does anyone know where to get them and the exact name to buy them under??? :mad:

"Command" platform. 4 pieces.
There's 4 Command ships available.
Hm....
The science-centric Command Ship comes with the Tachyon Pulse Platform.
The tactical-centric Command Ship comes with the Defense Platform.
"engineering-centric": An'quat, Baratan, Concorde
"science-centric": Klinzhai, Deihu, Geneva
"tactical-centric": Ty'Gokor, Vastam, Presidio
They're available for 3000 Zen each, a Faction 3pack for 6000 Zen, and a 9pack for 12000 Zen. (Purchasing an individual ship from a bundle will invalidate that bundle as a purchase option.)
The ships are Fleet-level T6 ships.

It is kind of odd. They made the DSD available in the Lobi Store relatively quick after the Anniversary Event. They haven't done that with the Samsar...hrmm.

-Defense Platform: Creates a second defense platfom
-Fleet Support Platform: The platfom will now also heal ally hull for a moderate amount
-Tachyon Pulse Platform: Increases the range of the Tachyon Pulse Beams to 10km.
This is supposedly an equippable console that the person in chat had bought on the exchange. This console is actually a representation of the 4 piece "Command Platforms" set bonus "Command Platform Synergy," you get from having the Command Cruiser Consoles, the 3 listed just above this text, plus the 4th console from the Kobali Samsar Cruiser.
In theory this would be a viable option for those that were not able to complete/participate in the event to accquire the Samsar cruiser, but did purchase the 3 command battle cruisers from the Zen store. This console would be able to provide them with the 4 piece set bonus from the Regenerative Integrity Field console, though it would not provide them with the console ablities, only the set bonus.
Where did this console come from? Lockbox, test server, bug? I've searched the net and forums and havent seen anyone mention this item ever. But seeing as how I and im sure others judging by the previous posters, are wishing they were able to complete the Command Platforms set but can't because the Kobali Cruiser event is over, any additional information on this would be appreciated.
If in fact that this is a real item, I think that its a good move on the part of cryptic. It allows you to get the benefit of the set, though you dont get the ability of the console. Sort of a consolation; sorry you missed the ship but at least you can finish the set sort of thing. If they haven't they should look into other sets like breen and dyson where you can get a console that gives you the set bonus, but not the console itself. Wishful thinking perhaps.
Without the ship...how are those of us who missed out on the entire event for one reason or another supposed to finish the set bonus?
It's quite a stretch to consider that Obvious. The Presidio, Geneva, and Concorde are all named 'Command Cruisers' and released in a pack (or individually) on the C-Store as 'Command Ships.'
The Samsar is not called a 'Command Ship' it's just called the Kobali Samsar Cruiser, it was a limited event ship that's no longer available and not listed on the C-Store. There is almost no way for a player that started after the Anniversary Event to know about this ship or it's console.
From everything I have seen so far, it looks like you either played the anniversary event or you missed out. Eventually, they SHOULD make the ship available on the Lobi Exchange but so far nothing official has been said about it. Those who did the event are getting the ship as an account unlock (eventually) but nothing has been said for those that didn't do the event at all.
I will never understand why they made the Command Consoles a 4 piece set with one piece being unattainable after a certain point. I'm still waiting for the Account Unlock so I can get a Console for my Delta Recruit.
At the same time, it still leaves open that question about this ship and others for those that might not have done the account unlock when that system goes into play.
Yeah, the worst part is that my favorite of the 'Command consoles' is actually the Samsar one. It's pretty useful for a Tactical Officer in an Escort, it basically gives your Tac the 'Miracle Worker' ability. Free full hull heal is pretty nice.
Other then that, the one that launches the shield platform is the only one I even find useful.
