Ive only ever crashed in "out in the cold" in the breen arc but thats because of a map bug.
Everything else is fine for me so its either a random bug or a problem with your GPU or the GPU line if others are experiencing it too.
Crashes seem back on my end as well since season 10. Far less problematic than during anniversary event though. They occur mostly during ground maps or loading screen. Using DirectX9 instead of 11 seems to bring em down to 1 crash every 2 hours instead of 1 crash per hour.
On one occasion I even had to launch the game in save mode because the toon that tried to log crashed 3 times in a row direct upon logging on.

It's a known problem, been several threads about it.
Basics...
1. It is probably not your card or your drivers, regardless of what you may get told.
2. It's a common problem across a wide range of pc's from old clunkers to brand new elite gaming boxes
3. It's probably NOT your fault.
There is no guaranteed fix, heres a procedure that has worked for many sufferers.
1. Start the launcher, top of the launcher window, 'options', make sure safe mode is ticked and full screen is not
2. Login to the launcher and launch the game.
3. Wait till it gets past the logo load screen (the purple iconian one). At the char select screen, options, on the disp-lay tab change the 'video card' option from auto to directx9 or 9ex, NOT directx 11.
4. Set the rest of your graphics options how you want, exc ept the screen mode MUST be set to 'windowed' not win dowed full screen or fullscreen
5. Close the client
6. Restart the launcher and login/start game as normal
7. Once at char select or actually in game THEN maximise the window, play as normal
8. When you're done, UN-Maximize the screen before closing it down.
If this works, simply repeat steps 6-9 every time you want to play.

The only solution for me is load the game in save mode every day and when the game is up reselect the best graphics.
The computer isn't one year old .... Intel HD graphic card and already too old for this game
