CSV/ CRF remove base +10 CrtD on Dual Heavy Cannons

When you use any rank of either Cannon: Scatter Volley or Cannon: Rapid Fire, the base +10 Crit Severity buff on Dual Heavy Cannons is removed.
Tested on various DHC, all lost their +10 CrtD when buffed.
No Buff:

And the most importand is, if its a tooltip bug or a overall dmg influencing bug! If it affects dmg dealth then probably ppl should switch to normal cannons from dhc's as they drain 2 power less and have more chances to proc.
have the same thing on Romulan kdf side (crf1-2 and higher i didnt check) and Reman kdf side (crf1-2)
I wonder why nobody noticed it till now, but then again, we were living in the happy world of FAW acc overflow for a long, long time.
Would be nice if it got fixed... Next thing you tell me is that single cannons are effectively the same as DHCs.
