It's been months and it's still gone. Not much else to say. There was a bug that upgrading a orb weaver to T5U actually took away sensor analysis, some got fixed but others did not, that includes mine as well.

lock box ship broken for 6 months. Fixed for ships that were not upgraded before the repair patch. Told in February we would get a fix. Still waiting for some customer service from an entertainment service company.
There was a fix for the issue. Theoretically NEW orb weavers should have sensor analysis. Existing orb weavers would have to be fixed individually. An ETA for that wasn't given, and I was under the impression that it wouldn't be high priority, because not many characters (Klingons) were affected.
(They just pushed through an update that touched almost every item in the game, so I suspect that it'd be easier to do now than it was a couple of months ago.)

Palisades are cheaper, have better shields, hull, and much better turn. So they likely fixed it for no one. Yet here we are, still waiting for someone to take the time and fix our ships, or mail us a copy of the replacement... because money.
Why bother keeping customers who spend when you can go out and scare up some more free-to-play that may choose to spend as well. The value of customer loyalty is lost on them. So they ignore the problem.
