Missing Delta Recruit rewards....

Okay, I unlocked the ‘reach lvl 5 in R&D’ reward for my Delta Recruit and got the box that boosts any school to lvl 10. However, I hadn’t decided which school to boost, so I put it aside. Now I know what school I want to use it in and…. The box is gone. It’s not in my inventory and not in my bank. I have no schools at lvl 10, so I obviously haven’t used it.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is it even worth submitting a ticket?

    I think somewhere there was mention about some things missing from the bank, etc. They aren't really missing, they just aren't showing up.

    Hmmm... I know sometimes the item is "invisible" until I roll my mouse over it... I thought my bank looked a little bare. I'll wait to see if there's a fix....
