Requisition R&D assistance handing out common non-R&D doffs?

Since when has this been changed?

Because, I do not recall ever getting non-R&D doffs, from this assignment!

Until recently.

    I have not run that assignment in a couple months, so I don't know specifically if they have changed it.

    By any chance was the DO you obtained a FED named Zissiox? If so, that is a known bug that they have not fixed. If you have seen that behavior with multiple duty officers, it may be a bug or they changed the assignment (but there is no reason for them to reward a non-R&D DO).

    Yes, that was the most recent one but, I cannot remember who was the last one achieved and, I do believe that 1 was also a non-R&D doff.

    I do believe it was a tellarite fm but, the name I cannot recall off hand and, she is gone as in turned in, for a fleet project fill.

    I can't help but think that this mission got a SERIOUS stealth nerf. I used to run it on all my toons but some time ago I noticed the ROI was ****e. This issue may be part of it.

    Frankly, sometimes I think they do small tweaks to the game and they go:

    "Well, it's small enough and seems to work fine that we won't even mention we patched it."

    And those end up causing some of the most annoying problems/bugs.

    To this that, I still insist they either messed with the RNG or the "Asylum to X" doff assignments (or all assignments, who knows) with the S6 patch and nerfed the amount of times assignments crit. The amount of purple doffs I got out of those went straight to hell even if the percentages stayed the same.

    I did hundreds of these missions and Zissiox is the only non-R&D I have ever got.
    And he's not such a bad return, either. I usually manage to get some 150-200k EC on exchange for him.

    There's about 1 in 2 chance that the mission will give you a white doff and a small chance of getting Gumarre (blue Aegis doff).
    Why screwed?

    White ones, oh, then I'm ok :P

    I thought they had a chance for purple ones like other doff rewards. Shows me I need to stop speed reading stuff.

    Still, some of those whites sell for close to 10 million EC on exchange, so I wouldn't completely dismiss the idea of getting them ;)
