Game performance issues

The vast majority of us experiencing this kind of poor performance either know quite a bit about computers and networks, or have received help from those of us who know about computers and networks. We have LITERALLY did the work that Cryptic Support (if a proper one exists) should do for multiple issues. We've traced network bottlenecks to at least one source so many times that I've memorized the 38.111.x.x Cogent hub in Boston, that is a major point of congestion for PWE/Cryptic at specific times. We've isolated DX9/11 calls that have caused multiple ctd's (Crash to Desktop). I have personally written two work-arounds to sidestep some graphic anomalies, and one guide to fix video driver issues on a PC just so you can help eliminate your PC as a source of graphic problems.

When I can run two other games simultaneously, stream YouTube, Live-stream a hangout, and have other network devices upload/download content and not see a performance hit, yet shut everything else off on my network from the router level, put my PC on the DMZ, make sure that I am not using the STO US1 proxy, and see a SERIOUS performance hit in a solo map (not even going to touch ISA), there IS a problem that involves AT LEAST Cryptic's data center(s).

You want packet logs? Traces? What's your favorite network analytics suite? I'll use that then just to show you that in the vast majority of cases, it's NOT the players that are the source of the problem.
