Expired item issues on the exchange

I started getting items in the mail that I can't download. The pictures are blank and they have expired on the exchange. I assume this is a bug. Any idea if it being fixed? It's filling up my mailbox and stopping me from posting new items 😡

    It's a known bug, although when a fix goes live is something you'll have to ask the devs.

    Are you at a mail terminal when you try to retrieve the items? Just opening mail anywhere has never worked - you have to be at a mail terminal.

    Yes, I am at a terminal. I can download some but not all expired items

    It is a known issue that the Devs are trying to fix. This past Thursday's weekly maintenance was supposed to fix it, but it didn't.

    I have this issue across all my toons. I have as many as 7 returned items from the Exchange that are actually missing on a single toon. One of missing item is a R&D Promo Pack that has a chance of rewarding a JHSS; valued at about 9.7 million EC based on lowest selling price.

    I have decided to remove all items that I value at 1+ million EC from the my Sell Queue. I also take down all my unsold items after 5 or 6 days and then relist them on the Exchange.

    It's not free storage.

    The combined number of items you can list on the Exchange for sale and the number of returned items is 40. If you have 20 returned items that are in limbo, then you can only list 20 on the Exchange for sale.

    Yeah. On my char it immobilized completly using the Exchange... Was gone for a week, forgot some items in mail and now I have about 30 items returned, most of them "blanked" - which I can't take from mail, and I dont feel like deleting them. I have some high-cost items (atleast for me) which I want to sell... So I can usualy put to sale up to 10 items... Which is painfully low considered it is my main toon and I do a lot of missions primraily on it (right now, the whole iconian rep is only there, will do other chars with sponsorship)...

    Same here, it is very frustrating. Wish they would fix this asap.

    I have the same issue as well .
    All I can say is , don't get frustrated and delete stuff .
    Just wait it out, it's all we can do right now .



    ... well, you can also post about it in the game bugs sub-forum ...
