Tom Paris voice following me into other missions

I completed the mission 'Blood of the ancients & delta Flight.' on a couple characters, then logged into another character to do a mission on it. I had the volume low, and noticed something odd, but didn't think anything of it. I heard a voice when I Transwarped into Dephara, but at the time I didn't think anything of it. was watching netflix on another monitor.

Then when I beamed down onto a planet in another mission I hear, "Fasten your seatbelts it's going to be a bumpy ride." I was like o_O well now... that's an interesting bug. I don't mind. it's kind of interesting. And the quote was nifty. if out of place. So basically Tom Paris's voice is following me around.

Is this a bug? a Fleet mate suggested it might be a feature.
Finally decided to make a sig.
I see allot of them with a character, and ship.
though I'm not sure which ship to put on there...
I'll think about it. This will do for now.

    had the same thing happen to me yesterday after completing the mission, everytime i changed maps to enter systems or fly through sector space, he kept popping up to say the same thing through my travels, was pretty funny for a while, so eventually completely exited the game to take a break, after relogging it had stopped..
    so yeh slight bug, nothing too serious, guess its one of those things that happens from time to time, usually i get stuck with the repeated sound of someone leveling up when no one is..
    even once experienced long ago the tune of amok time from coliseum mission being stuck with me for an hour or so after i had finished the mission, that eventually drove me a lil nuts as i had the tune stuck in my head all that night after finishing my game time..lol

    Similar problem here - my ghost voice is cpt. of Enterprise after helping me in New Romulus zone...
