shared bank slots not accessible

Before the Season launch, I had 4 shared bank slots empty if items. After the update, the shared bank now seems to think these slots don't exist. I can trade objects into the slots that were previously occupied, but any time I try to move an item into one of the 'empty' slots, it says bank is full

    I have the same problem. A handful of slots in my account bank can't be used, I can't put items in there and if I click-and drag it seems like I'm moving an object but it's only a black square.

    Known issue--it's even on the patch notes from 4/23. Not sure when they're going to get to it, but it sure would be nice to get my 35 affected account bank slots back.
